What does Z Ware actually do for organisations like ours?

We bring a mix of hands-on engineering and practical consulting to help us modernise, build, and scale software safely. We’re in a high-governance / high-scrutiny environment — can you operate in that?

In bespoke builds, yes, we should own what we’ve paid to have delivered. Any reusable accelerators/patterns are handled transparently up-front.
