After working for years in the software industry and witnessing a growing trend of customers being treated as commodities, Phill believed it could and should be done differently. Stepping out on his own in 2011, and working out of a Melbourne garage with a second-hand laptop, Z Ware was born. Z Ware had a single clear and simple mission:
